What’s the cutoff time for submitting manual transfers?

Transfers submitted (using the Transfers API) by 2pm AEST should be available in the recipients bank account the next business day.

Once a transfer has been submitted, it's unable to be cancelled or modified.

Note: Manual transfers are currently only available for Australian accounts.
