It can take up to 45 days for a dispute to be concluded.

Ruled in the cardholder's favour

The funds that were withheld from your Pin Payments balance when the dispute was initially reported will be taken and returned to the cardholder's bank.

Ruled in the business' favour

The funds that were withheld from your Pin Payments balance when the dispute was initially reported will be released back into your balance. It will be represented as a miscellaneous credit in your next transfer.
