How can I challenge a dispute?

You will receive an email from us once we've received notification of a dispute, containing instructions on what we need to challenge the dispute on your behalf. The sooner we're provided with this information the better, and if it's not received within 7 days the dispute may automatically be ruled in the cardholder's favour.
