How can I update my ABN?

If your business begins trading under a new ABN it’s required that you sign-up for a new account using these updated details. We’re unable to update the ABN on an existing Pin Payments account.

In the ‘Business Description’ field of your new account application, please mention:

  • Your existing account, with the email address you use to sign in
  • You are creating this account in order to change your ABN

This will assist us with processing your application more quickly.
