How can I reset two-factor authentication (2FA)?
If you need to transfer your two-factor authentication (2FA) to a new device, we will need to reset 2FA for you.
Call our support team at 1300 364 800 or book a time in our calendar here.
Alternatively, we can reset 2FA over email. Send the following details to support@pinpayments.com:
- The business name/trading name on the account
- Bank statement showing bank account details (business name, BSB, account number) so we can confirm this matches our records
- Confirm the date and amount of the last Pin Payments transfer to you.
