How can I update my NZBN?

If your business begins trading under a new NZBN it’s required that you provide us with the NZBN along with any other updated details.

Please contact our team and provide the following details:

  • The email address you use to sign in to your existing account
  • Your new NZBN
  • The reason you were issued a new NZBN
  • Any other details that have changed, such as address or bank account
