What options do I have for account reporting?

After the end of each month, we will send your monthly statement to your account email address. This statement summarises the total number of charges, the dollar amount processed, the total fees you’ve paid, and the amount transferred to your bank account. Past account statements can be accessed from the Statements area of your dashboard.

You can download a full month-to-month statement history as a CSV file by clicking on the Activity Summary button from your Statements area. This file can help reconcile the balance of your account over time.

You can also export CSV reports from both the Charges and Transfers area of your dashboard by clicking on the Export CSV button. Use the date filters to specify the period for your report.
