When are email notifications sent?
A number of events are triggered throughout the lifecycle of a subscription. For the events listed below, an email will be sent to the customer containing relevant information about the event. Your account email address will be CC'd on each email.
- Subscription Created
- Renewed
- Renewal Failed
- Unsubscribed
- Cancelled
- Expired
- Reactivated
