Sunsetting Subscriptions

We're sunsetting Pin Payments Subscriptions on 15th December 2018.

Who is this for?

For any business that's actively using Pin Payments Subscriptions (subs.pinpayments.com) to manage recurring billing of their customers.

What’s happening?

On the 15th December 2018 we will be shutting down the Pin Payments Subscriptions service. Since we acquired the platform from Spreedly in 2013 the subscriptions software landscape has moved a lot, and continuing to support the platform isn't aligned with our vision for Pin Payments.

What this means for you

From the 15th December 2018 (Australian Eastern Time):

  • You will no longer be able to login to your Pin Payments Subscriptions account.
  • You won't be able to connect to the API to for any purpose.
  • Any plans your customers are still subscribed to will no longer renew.

To respect your data privacy we will be deleting your account/s and all data related to it, including stored customer card details.

Finding an alternative provider

We understand unexpected changes like this introduces additional work at your end, and we’re only too happy to lend our assistance in helping you find a suitable replacement

If you’re based in Australia or New Zealand and don’t have overly complex requirements, our Recurring Payments feature could be a good fit for your business.
